UP Scholarship 2025 (The Uttar Pradesh Scholarship Scheme 2025 – 2026) is a government initiative aimed at supporting students from Pre-Matric (Class 9 & 10) , Post-Matric (Class 11 & 12) , as well as those puruing post-matric education (excluding intermediate).for undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and other higher education courses. Under this scheme, eligible students studying in recognized schools, colleges, and universities in UP can receive financial assistance to continue their education without burden. Every year, the Government of Uttar Pradesh provides scholarships to support students in their education after the addmision process is over . The scholarship amount differs in different class or course. To benefit from this scheme, eligible students must fill out the online application form the officiall website of UP Govt schloarship portal https://scholarship.up.gov.in/ it is the official website of Government of Uttar Pradesh There is no specific percentage required to apply for the scholarship. However, the disbursement of funds is generally processed in order—from students with higher marks to those with lower marks gained in previous examination

📋 Eligibility Criteria for UP Scholarship 2025-26

To apply for the Uttar Pradesh Scholarship Scheme, students must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
• The student must be currently enrolled in a recognized school, college, or university.
• Annual family income limits (based on category):
  • OBC/SC/ST: Not more than ₹2 lakh per annum.
  • General/EWS: Not more than ₹2.5 lakh per annum.
• The student must have passed the previous academic class/exam.
